Fleeting moments

Now that daylight savings time has ended, our days are noticeably shorter. Our weather is also due to change with a cold front and rain headed our way. So, as a reminder of how lovely it has been these last few days, Mother Nature put on a stunning show as she put the sun to bed last evening. This view is southwest, over Puget Sound from Magnolia.

Another WOW! I may have Paris close by, but the Great Outdoors is nowhere to be found near the Netherlands.

Mighty pretty...we've had rain here, but not such a beautiful sky.

I saw a sunset just like this the other day... were we looking at the same one? Beautiful. The shorter days are sad - gives us less time to get out there and photograph!

My family saw this last night. They immediately shouted for me to GET MY CAMERA AND GET OUT THERE! It really was spectacular. Nice shot Chuck.

Don & Krise, that's exactly the same scene that played out at my house last night as well. My wife alerted me to the "opportunity" -:)
