IPhone Wednesday - This Little Piggy

The Minimus-Maximus catering truck hangs out in the parking lot at 2nd Avenue and Pike Street in downtown Seattle. This porker specializes in scrumptious pulled-pork sandwiches prepared hot and fresh for the nearby office tower workers lunch-time dining pleasure.

My friends Kim at Seattle Daily Photo and Ming at Bangor Daily Photo are also posting iPhone Wednesday photos today. Be sure to stop by and say hi.

So the pig is still there. I 'shot' him this summer, but didn't sample his wares. Are the sandwiches good?

I snort at the sight of such creativity. The only thing it lacks is a canopy that looks like wings.

You might suggest that in trade for a sandwich.

Now that's something you don't see very often, and nicely done...I'll bet the food is too.

Something I haven't seen in "bus decorations" - very funny!

Chuck:

I love pulled pork sandwiches. Will have to try some on my next visit. Interestingly enough I had a very good pulled pork in Osoyoos at that hotel just on the left as you go over the "causeway". It's opposite the fountain. You may have had a meal there on your last adventure

That is a beautiful smoke house truck/van/bus/whatever you wanna call it.

I could use a nice BBQ rib dinner here.

You didn't mention, have you tried the pulled pork sandwich yet Chuck?

One more thing, if one of the cooks burns himself, does he put "oinkment" on it??
